Thai T. Nguyen has over fifteen years of tax and accounting experience. After graduating from San José State University, he obtained his California Certified Public Accountant license and began his career at public accounting firms in San Jose, California.
In 2019, he founded Thai Nguyen CPA Inc., where he provides comprehensive tax, accounting, advisory, and tax planning services to individuals and businesses. Thai is committed to working closely with clients in any tax situation, helping them navigate complex tax laws and identify strategies to save money and optimize their financial outcomes.
Thai is an active member of the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA) and is dedicated to delivering accurate, timely, and strategic guidance tailored to each client’s needs.
Outside of work, Thai enjoys spending time with his family. He also loves hiking, camping, traveling, and building meaningful relationships through networking with friends and clients.
Diem Hoang holds a California Certified Public Accountant license and has extensive experience in accounting, finance, and day-to-day business operations. She is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with strong technical skills to support clients in achieving accurate and efficient financial management.
Diem specializes in assisting startups and small businesses, providing comprehensive services in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting. She is dedicated to helping business owners understand their numbers, improve operational efficiency, and make informed financial decisions.
Outside of work, Diem enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves cooking, hiking and traveling.
Sean Lee graduated from the University of California, San Diego. Before transitioning into the accounting field, he spent several years working in the legal industry, where he developed strong analytical, research, and client-service skills.
Sean joined Thai Nguyen CPA Inc. in 2024 and supports the firm with bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, and day-to-day client communications. He is committed to accuracy, professionalism, and continuous learning as he grows within the accounting profession.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys exploring new hobbies, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
Huynh (Jenny) Dao graduated from San José State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She brings valuable experience in payroll management, precise bookkeeping for small business clients, and preparing individual tax returns with accuracy and compliance.
She is passionate about continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest accounting and tax regulations to better support the firm’s clients.
When she is not working, Huynh enjoys exploring healthy recipes at home, playing tennis, and traveling.
